Clark Farms is a fourth generational dairy farm in Delhi, NY. The farm was first purchased in 1907 and remained a traditional dairy until it’s recent addition of an on-site creamery. Kyle Clark and his father Tom own and operate the farm today.
Throughout the years Clark Farms has been a voluntary participant with the agricultural program at the Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC). WAC has implemented various Best Management Practices like a manure storage, has developed a Nutrient Management Plan that the farm follows to earn Nutrient Management Credits, installed cover crops, liming, rotational grazing, and the farm is enrolled in the Precision Feed Management Program.
