Agricultural Program

Wayland Gladstone, 300 Gambichler Road, Andes NY is seeking bids for high tensile and temporary fence to be funded by the Watershed Agricultural Council. Prospective bidders will receive a bid package which contains a bid sheet with instructions to bidders, sample contract, plans and specifications. Bid packages may be obtained by contacting Elaine Poulin ([email protected]) at the Watershed Program Office, 44 West Street, Walton, NY 13856 or by calling 607-865-7090 ext. 209. Prospective bidders must be in attendance for the full group site showing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Gladstone farmstead. Failure to attend will result in the rejection of your bid. Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Gladstone Bid – Fence” and will be accepted on behalf of the landowner at the Watershed Agricultural Program Office at 44 West Street, Walton, NY until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023 where they will be publicly opened and read. Small and minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply. The Watershed Agricultural Council, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids. E.O.E.

Economic Viability Program

The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the printing services of the Guide to Pure Catskills Products.The selected consultant will enter into contract with the WAC for the term. The complete request for bids is available immediately and can be requested from Wendy Hanselman at 607-865-7790 ext. 115 or via e-mail at [email protected] Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on Friday, March 24, 2023. Late submissions will not be considered. WAC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP. Efforts will be made to select businesses located within the NYC Watershed Area and to use small or minority owned businesses. EOE.
