Executive Director

The Watershed Agricultural Council is seeking an Executive Director. The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for day-to-day management, supervision and administration of all Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) programs and for management of Watershed Agricultural Council (and affiliate’s) resources. The Executive Director reports to the Council and is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of its mission as well as strategic and financial objectives.

Finance Director

The Watershed Agricultural Council is seeking a Finance Director. The Finance Director serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing, directing and administering all financial operations of the Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) and its affiliate, the WAC Conservation Easement Stewardship Endowment Fund. This position works closely with all Department Directors and Program Managers and serves as a member of the executive team. The Finance Director is a strategic partner who ensures that the organization’s long-term and short-term financial objectives are achieved. Payroll, Fringe Benefits and Data Administrator

The Watershed Agricultural Council is seeking a Payroll, Fringe Benefits and Data Administrator. The Payroll, Fringe Benefits and Data Administrator will perform the duties of managing and processing the payroll and fringe benefits of the organization. The Payroll, Fringe Benefits and Data Administrator will be part of the WAC Finance Department and accounting team. This position shall work closely with all Department Directors, Program Managers and employees as needed.

Staff Accountant – Controller

The Watershed Agricultural Council is seeking a Staff Accountant – Controller. The Staff Accountant –Controller will be part of the WAC Finance Department. This position shall work closely with all Department Directors and Program Managers as needed and play an integral role in the overall financial management of the organization.
