Josh started with the Watershed Agricultural Council as a Land Conservation Specialist in the Easement Program back in September 2010. He helps landowners navigate the conservation easement process from application through acquisition closing. Josh came to WAC by way of Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District where he was the Education & Outreach Coordinator. He honed his land conservation skills at Vermont's Department Environmental Conservation. Josh earned his M.S. from Vermont Law School in Environmental Policy and Law; he completed his undergraduate work and received a B.S. from University of New Hampshire in Environmental Resource Economics. When not at work, Josh hangs with his wife and daughter at home in Oneonta.

Josh's Perspective: My favorite quote is from mark Twain: "Buy land – they're not making it anymore."
