Jeff Graff is the Easement Program Director based out of the Hamden office. Since June 2007, Jeff has been responsible for the overall management and direction of the Easement Program. He holds an MPA from Montana State University, an MA from Colorado State University and a BA from St. Lawrence University. His professional interests and background are in land conservation and preservation and watershed policy. Before coming to the Watershed Agricultural Council, he worked for the NYS Department of State's Watershed Protection and Partnership Council.
