WAC Legal Counsel
Because conservation easements are legally binding contracts held in perpetuity, WAC retains legal counsel to help inform decisions on all easement related matters. The Council currently contracts legal services for both acquisitions and stewardship with Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP and Bond Schoeneck & King PLLC, respectively.
