The Watershed Agricultural Council has developed several websites to augment communication efforts. While the Council's main website can be found at NYCWatershed.org, several programs within WAC have their own websites:
- PureCatskills.com falls under the auspices of the Farm to Market Program.
- CatskillsFarmLink.org is a collaborative effort of eight organizations.
- CatskillWoodNet.org is a project of Council's Forestry Program.
- TrainedLoggerCertified.com is a also a Forestry Program project in support of New York Logger Training.

Watershed Agricultural Council
The Watershed Agricultural Council (also known as "WAC" or "the Council") works with farm and forest landowners in the New York City Watershed region to protect water quality on behalf of nine million New York residents. The Council uses Whole Farms Plans, Forest Management Plans and Conservation Easements to help farmers, forest professionals and private landholders address water pollution concerns on properties located in the Croton and Catskill/Delaware Watersheds. NYCWatershed.org is WAC's main website. It provides a general overview of the organization, its programs, news, events and success stories.

Pure Catskills
Pure Catskills is a "buy local" branding campaign sponsored by the Watershed Agricultural Council to mobilize community support for fresh food products grown, raised, and manufactured in the Catskill region. Pure Catskills collaborates with farmers and purveyors of fresh food across Delaware, Greene, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan and Ulster Counties. PureCatskills.com provides a searchable database of participants and regional products, as well as extensive information about regional farming and news about the campaign.

Catskills FarmLink
Catskills FarmLink is an online resource that connects farmers and landowners in the Catskills. Designed to promote the Catskills as a great place to operate a small, diversified farm, Catskills FarmLink is a collaborative effort of Watershed Agricultural Council/Pure Catskills; New York City Department of Environmental Protection; Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie and Sullivan; Farm Catskills; and Delaware Highlands Conservancy. CatskillsFarmLink.org features land listings, classifieds, resources and news.

Catskill WoodNet
Catskill WoodNet is a regional network of businesses that harvest and manufacture wood products from New York's Catskill Mountain Region. Through improved land stewardship in the New York City Watershed, the "buy local wood" campaign encourages a working landscape that connects people with local forest resources. CatskillWoodnet.org provides a searchable database and general information about the network.

Trained Logger Certified
Trained Logger Certification (TLC) is a voluntary program developed to recognize loggers who complete a training schedule that covers three "core" areas: safety, production and environmental awareness. NY Logger Training (NYLT) is the coordinator of Trained Logger Certification, and the Council developed TrainedLoggerCertified.com to support NYLT's efforts in the watershed. The site is a one-stop shop for loggers to find TLC information and class schedules.
