Small Farms Intern

The Watershed Agricultural Council seeks an Agricultural Program Small Farms Intern/Temporary employee to perform the duties and the administrative tasks associated with full assessment of the Small Farms Portfolio as well as assistance with CREP Re-enrollment as part of the Small Farms Program team serving farms within the New York City watershed. This is a 12-month position to begin in early January, 2015. Pay is $16.00 per hour. Must have dependable vehicle, insurance and a valid driver’s license. Will be reimbursed for mileage incurred on the job. E.O.E.

Staff Accountant

 

The Watershed Agricultural Counci seeks a Staff Accountant to be part of the WAC Finance Department. This position shall work closely with all Department Directors and Program Managers as needed.

Qualifications: B.S. in Accounting preferred or A.S in Accounting with 5 years relevant experience, as well as additional requirements further detailed in POSITION DESCRIPTION. Salary mid to upper $40,000’s commensurate with experience. E.O.E.
