Catskills FarmLink is an online resource that connects farmers and landowners in the Catskills. You may be interested in Catskills FarmLink if you are:

  • A beginning farmer looking to transition from apprenticeship to independent farm management,
  • An existing farmer looking to acquire/access more land for their current operation, or
  • A landowner interested in making your property available for agricultural use.

Designed to promote the Catskills as a great place to operate a small, diversified farm, Catskills FarmLink also helps

  • maintain the regional working agricultural landscape by connecting farmers with underutilized land resources,
  • provide online resources to statewide and regional grants and resources that support the farming community,
  • offers land lease samples, landowners guides, and "Come Farm with Us" contacts,
  • lists farmland available for rent/sale within the Catskill and New York City watershed,
  • compiles opportunities like educational workshops, networking events, classifieds, internships, job offerings, equipment and livestock sales, and Distribution partnership/sharing.
